fitch: "AdreN is the star of the team [again], he feels really confident"

In our next interview from the ELEAGUE Major, Bektiyar "fitch" Bahytov discussed Gambit's first match against Na`Vi, their preparation and changes they've made, as well as the team's goals.
Gambit were the first of the current Legends who grabbed a win at the ELEAGUE Major, running over regional rivals Natus Vincere on Nuke 16-5 following a fantastic Terrorist side spearheaded by Dauren "AdreN" Kystaubayev and Mihail "Dosia" Stolyarov.
After the match, we caught up with a Major rookie, Bektiyar "fitch" Bahytov, to find out how the team had prepared for the ELEAGUE Major and more:
Let's talk preparation at first, when did you start and how are you feeling about the prep ahead of the Major?
Before the Major we had a bootcamp for two weeks, actually. Our team is really confident right now, we came here to win.
Can you tell me about what, if anything, you changed in your game since the last time we saw you, perhaps in regards to the switch in leadership that happened late last year between AdreN and Dosia?
Right now Dosia is the captain and AdreN can play the game he had played before when they had Zeus in the team. Right now, he's the star of the team, he feels really confident. That was really crazy stuff he did against Na`Vi.
The last time you met Na`Vi at DreamHack Winter, I remember that the team felt nervous due to the history between them, was that the case this time as well?
No, no, here we were sure about Nuke. They thought we were going to pick Train, but that was the wrong decision, we just picked Nuke and we were confident about it, we were sure we were going to win. The whole team thought about it that way. First of all, AdreN and Dosia just showed something crazy, they won a lot of clutches, so everything was good. It was a really cool start, so I hope it's going to continue.
As a Major rookie, this being your first Major, has that had an effect on you in any way?
For me it's the first Major, so yeah, sometimes I'm a little nervous, but after the first win against Na`Vi, I'm just more confident. To be honest, I'm not nervous as a real rookie, because we played a lot of tournaments before the Major, so I was nervous there, but not here, right now it's a normal tournament for me.
It's a Major, exactly, it's really important for me, but I'm probably too old to be nervous. The whole team gave me a lot of experience and they told me 'bro, just chill, it's a lovely game and you can play and not be nervous'.
You said at the start that you came here to win, is the title the only thing you'd be satisfied with?
For me, top three is the minimum, but the biggest thing is that we want to win this Major, we've got a lot of things that we had before. That's my opinion, I just want to win, because the whole team are the champions, but I'm not, so I want to feel what the guys were feeling. That's my goal.
